Olivia Becker is an award-winning documentary editor and producer whose work has appeared on HBO, Netflix, Amazon, and PBS. Her latest editor credits include Netflix’s Merpeople (2023) and My Dead Dad (2024), which premiered at the 2024 Santa Barbara Film Festival. Her producer credits include Netflix’s Gunther's Millions (2022), Netflix’s The Principles of Pleasure (2021), PBS’s No Passport Required with Marcus Samuelsson (2019), Amazon’s #FreeMeek (2018), and as an associate producer for Vice News Tonight on HBO.
In addition to her documentary work, Olivia was a staff reporter and producer for VICE News from 2014 - 2017, where she was a campaign embed during the 2016 election and broke numerous stories from the campaign trail.
She is currently directing her debut feature documentary about private equity.
